Role expectations: - Understand the clinical data requirement from clients and provide initial feasibilities by extracting the data in collaboration with the engineering team. - Work on clinical data extracted from Healthplix and provide advice for the publication requirements of the client - Manage publications based on Healthplix RWE end-to-end - Write and review protocol, Clinical Study reports, manuscript - Work on submitting the study dossiers to Ethics Committee, CTRI registration and journal submission - Leverage clinical data to provide insights on the treatment landscape, outcomes, drugs, etc. - Manage client stakeholders and formulate proposals for the publication offering Key skills: - Writer/Author, Writing of manuscripts, CSR, and protocol - Publications management - Expertise in journal submission, EC, and CTRI Submission - Primary / secondary research - Effective communication - Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint - Project / Team management (preferable but not mandatory for Consultant) Background: - 1-3 years of experience - Ph.D candidates with management experience would be preferred - Experience in healthcare/life sciences consulting, clinical studies, pharmaceutical industry preferred
