Role Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager- TA with a strong background in the medical devices sector. This role will play a pivotal part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various functions including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and more.


- The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, domain understanding, and a strong network within the MedTech ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across Healthium Medtech's functions and business units.


- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.


- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


- Build a strong talent pipeline for niche and senior-level roles in R&D, Regulatory,


- Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.


- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Healthiums presence in the MedTech talent market.


- Collaborate with external recruitment partners, consultants, and agencies as needed.


- Leverage data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, time-to-fill, and talent quality.


- Ensure adherence to compliance, hiring policies, and diversity goals.


- Contribute to talent market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor mapping.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology.


- Strong understanding of functional roles within a MedTech setup


- Demonstrated success in hiring for niche and technical roles.


- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.


- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.


- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking.
