At HealthifyMe, performance marketing is a key growth driver, enabling us to reach millions on their health and wellness journey. As a Manager Performance Marketing, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets. Youll manage a high-performing team, oversee significant marketing budgets, and drive measurable business results through data-led decision-making and creative excellence.
What Youll Do :
Strategic leadership - Define the performance marketing roadmap, aligning with business growth targets and brand objectives.
Multi-channel management - Oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
Team management - Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of performance marketers to deliver best-in-class execution.
Data-driven optimisation - Use analytics, attribution models, and experimentation to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Budget ownership - Manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across markets and channels.
Creative direction - Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-impact creatives and landing pages.
Testing & innovation - Lead A/B tests on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimisations.
Market expansion - Develop strategies for entering new geographies and scaling campaigns internationally.
Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with product, growth, brand, and analytics teams to drive aligned outcomes.
Performance reporting - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What Were Looking For :
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing large budgets and scaling acquisition campaigns profitably.
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, programmatic) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can blend data insights with compelling storytelling.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
