Healthcare Consultant/Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery of consulting projects across healthcare and life sciences

- Assist in market assessments, competitive analysis and business case development

- Contribute to healthcare transformation and digital enablement initiatives

- Develop presentations and strategic recommendations for client stakeholders

- Experience in developing data-driven insights, financial modelling

- Work closely with internal teams and client leadership to execute project deliverables

Preferred Experience

- 4-8 years of experience in Healthcare consulting, Digital health transformation, Market research & strategy, Healthcare analytics / process improvement

- Exposure to Healthcare provider / payer ecosystem

- Exposure to Digital health / EMR / automation

- Exposure to Market intelligence or competitive insights

Key Skills

- Analytical & problem-solving mindset

- Strong research and insight generation capability

- Stakeholder communication skills

- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem

- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

Education

- Master's degree in Management / Healthcare Administration / Public Health or related field

- MBA / MPH preferred

Experience:

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience

- Exposure to healthcare consulting, hospital strategy or performance improvement initiatives would be valuable
