Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry, India, for the position of Associate Director RCM Operations.

- The responsibilities include overseeing revenue cycle operations, managing teams to meet performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

- The role also involves financial planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, analyzing operational data for performance improvements, and delivering excellent client service by addressing their needs proactively.
