Product Manager - CureSkin is an innovative company solving Skin and Hair related issues for users in India, using advanced AI technology through our mobile-app. We are funded by prominent investors such as - Y-Combinator and Khosla Ventures. - PMs at CureSkin should be extremely data-driven, very cross functional and be able to get into details with engineering, work with the design team to build simplified yet engaging UX, and spend time with customers to discover problems and develop your strategy. - As a Product Manager at Cureskin you will be a key driver of the overall product not limited to the UX, APIs, tools, systems, and workflows to power the next generation of Consumer Internet - Commerce. You will set the product direction, define specifications, lead planning, manage roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives. You will ensure sound strategic direction and effective detailedplans are in place. - As a PM, you will have strong analytical and communication skills (you will be the bridge between tech and business), discipline in documenting steps and spend time distilling complex problems into easy to comprehend actionable steps. What will keep you busy : - Work across different teams and specialisations to deliver outcomes for our customers and improve their experience on our digital properties (app & website) - Build the experiences, funnels and APIs that make it possible to deliver a seamless consumer buying experience in CureSkin app and website. - Help shape the funnels, product roadmap, including metrics and outcomes we can want to achieve, and execute on it - Be extremely data driven while using deep customer insights. Define new products and features - Dig into all aspects of CureSkins business including integrations, user experience, and credit decisioning (though not mandatory) to create a strategy for how to scale growth What we're looking for : - 3+ years PM experience, with a track record shipping of D2C solutions, is preferred but not mandatory - Experience leading software products from kick-off to post-launch - Strong communication skills - Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams - Ability to synthesize a broad array of inputs into a vision alongside detailed, actionable plans - Be a Doer, do what it takes to make your initiatives and team successful. It can mean writing a QA plan, conducting user interviews to identify breakpoints or hunting down the root cause for crashes. - Do what it takes, period. - Experience with analytics tools (Tableau user is a bonus) and SQL to track and measure outcomes Bonus : - Experience in Consumer Internet companies - Experience in e-commerce - Experience with white-label and API-based solutions - You've worked at a startup, or have experience on greenfield initiatives - You've worked with distributed teams and have opinions on how to best collaborate remotely
