Cureskin is an consumer-health brand that provides personalised skin & hair-fall treatments. We operate exclusively through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design personalised treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical + pharmaceutical). CureSkin is looking to expand its presence in online marketplaces, and looking for a D2C / Marketplace specialist who has worked in the e-commerce industry or with D2C brands for at least 5 years. Prior experience in a D2C brand or an e-commerce company is required. Primary responsibility will be to improve presence and the growth of sales in external marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Pharmeasy, 1MG etc. Coordinate and Liaison with representatives from these firms to ensure optimum product placement, pricing, content and promotion to ensure sales on these platforms. You will have to work closely with various teams across CureSkin to deliver the following objectives. Growth: Achieve and exceed the milestones for sales on these marketplaces with pre-defined RoAS goals. Content: Work with several internal stakeholders to enhance content / visuals for CureSkin brand SKUs including photography, marketing videos, description, key attributes, efficacy profiles. Channel Liaisons: Work with e-commerce channels and seller platforms to build relationships, get insights on those placements. Work to improve placement and coordination with these platforms. End to end ownership of marketplace performance, including coordination with logistics, supply chain to ensure the SLAs for delivery, presence across warehouses etc are being met.
