Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:


- Develop and implement the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives.


- Build and maintain an influencer marketing calendar with campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables.


- Research and identify trends, platforms, and opportunities in the influencer/creator ecosystem to keep campaigns fresh and effective.


Campaign Execution:


- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content (text, image, video) that resonates with the target audience.


- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including influencer onboarding, content review, approval, and publishing schedules.


- Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all influencer content.


Relationship & Community Management:


- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across regions and platforms.


- Activate both new and existing influencer partnerships to amplify campaigns.


- Represent the brand professionally and positively in all influencer interactions.


Tracking & Analytics:


- Monitor campaign performance, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.


- Maintain influencer trackers, databases, invoices, budgets, and campaign reports.


- Generate post-campaign reports and actionable insights for continuous optimization.


Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


- Proven experience in outreach campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.


- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and influencer trends.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.


- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make performance-driven recommendations.


- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):


- Experience with influencer management platforms and analytics tools.


- Prior experience managing micro-influencer campaigns in India.


- Creativity in ideating innovative campaigns and engagement strategies.


- Knowledge of brand marketing and consumer behavior insights
