Heallo.ai - Finance Controller - CA

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, candidate will have the responsibility of Compliances, Financial analysis & planning along with ensuring smooth day to day operations. The candidate will work with management team, our in-house accountant and external vendors.

Accounting and Financial Analysis:

- Work with in-house accountant to ensure books of accounts of the company are correct and up to date at all times.

- Preparation of monthly & annual financials, MIS and Board Reports.

- Help in monitoring and ensuring timely corrective actions.

- Identify and act on opportunities for driving cash efficiency in the business

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

- Revenue assurance and accounts receivable

- Ensuring all invoices are raised and revenue booked on time.

Compliance And Secretarial:

- Work with external consultants on completing companys secretarial filings.

- Ensure compliance of the company with various laws that maybe applicable during the normal course of business operations.

- Coordinating with various consultants and ensuring all the compliance are complied with.

Day to Day Operations:

- Manage & oversee daily operations of the Accounts department.

- Monitoring & Analysing accounting data & preparing financial statements and MIS timely.

- Review ledgers & co-ordinate with the team for book closure activities (monthly & annual)

Budgeting:

- Support preparation of the company& budget

- Liaison with departments on monthly budget & consumption; prepare variance analysis

Audit and Due-diligences:

- Own up and close audit- Statutory and Internal.

Additional requirements:

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required

- Experience in project costing and accounting preferred

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

- 2 years of relevant experience post completing CA

- Strong exposure to audits, compliance, and financial reporting
