What skills do you need? - Experience: 4-6 years in product marketing, growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle roles within fast-paced B2C environments (marketplaces, OTAs, D2C, etc). - User Insight & Positioning: Ability to empathise with the users to turn vague ideas into sharp, compelling messaging that inspire and convert. - Journey & Contact Strategy: Ability to plan and execute modular, omni-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp) with clear rules using data-driven insights. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft clear briefs, judge copy, and confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders. - Experiment-first Mindset: Proven track record of running quick experiments, analyzing results, and scaling what works. - Tools & Analytics: Proficiency with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze) and comfort analyzing cohorts/data in Sheets or BI tools. - AI Nativeness: Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation, copy variants, QA, and workflow automation
