Step into Headouts Brand Marketing team where storytellers, strategists and creative thinkers are shaping a global brand loved by millions worldwide.
Were looking for a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships to build and scale Headouts influencer marketing program globally from identifying and partnering with the right creators, to building long-term relationships, and turning authentic collaborations into a growth engine for the company.
Youll work closely with our brand, content, and growth teams to design campaigns that drive awareness, and translate into tangible business impact.
This role is one that blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership youll shape the playbook, set the metrics, and run experiments that define how Headout shows up in the creator economy and inspires people everywhere to head out.
This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

Define the strategy, choose the partners, and lead the execution of collaborations end-to-end.
What skills do you need?.
5-7 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, ideally in a consumer internet, lifestyle, or travel brand.
Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators and agencies.
Strong understanding of social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. ) and what makes brands tick on them.
Data-driven mindset you can measure ROI, track creator performance, and use insights to refine campaigns.
A sharp eye for content you know what resonates with audiences and can guide creators toward impactful storytelling.
A culturally sensitive worldview to build truly global narratives that unite audiences from different parts of the globe.
Bonus:
Experience working in a global/multi-market context.
Familiarity with affiliate or ambassador-style programs.
