We are searching for Head of Yarn Marketing for a world renowned Home Textiles Company based in Ludhiana.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing & Sales:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the yarn segment in different international and domestic markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Develop new customers and market and to the portfolio
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders in target countries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, production, and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with operational capabilities.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
Revenue Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Analyse data to identify potential markets and develop targeted marketing plans.
Dashboards and Reports:
- Ensure usage of BI Dashboards for analysis and future decision making.
- Encourage team to utilize tools like Sales Force & SAP.
Order Book Management:
- Manage the order book, ensuring timely processing and fulfilment of orders.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Key Markets to focus and build relationships with European, Turkey, Egypt, Latin America and PAN India.
Role Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in domestic and international marketing or sales of Yarn.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
