About the Role:

We are looking for a senior consulting leader to head the Workforce Transformation (WX) practice for an IT Services organization. This role will drive the vision, growth, and delivery excellence of the WX portfolio, which spans Organizational Change Management (OCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Learning Services, and Agile Transformation. The Partner/Practice Head will be responsible for P&L ownership, market growth, capability development, and leading a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Practice Leadership & Growth:

- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Workforce Transformation practice.

- Drive practice growth through new offerings, go-to-market strategies, and capability development.

- Partner with regional and global business leaders to align practice priorities with organizational goals.

2. Sales & Business Development:

- Lead sales and business growth for the Workforce Transformation portfolio.

- Develop strong CXO-level client relationships to shape workforce and organizational transformation engagements.

- Oversee solutioning, proposals, and deal closures for large-scale consulting opportunities.

3. Delivery Excellence:

- Provide executive oversight on the delivery of complex multi-region transformation programs.

- Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.

- Serve as a senior advisor on OCM, HR transformation, agile change, and learning initiatives.

4. People & Capability Development:

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global consulting team.

- Develop tools, frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets to strengthen the practice.

- Foster collaboration across regions: India, EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Key KPI's:

- Consulting revenue generation and deal closures.

- P&L health and YoY practice growth.

- Delivery success across strategic transformation programs.

- Capability building and talent development across geographies.

- Client satisfaction & retention.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


- 18-25+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, HR advisory, or workforce/OCM practices.

- Proven track record in selling and delivering large transformation programs.

- Experience leading or scaling a consulting practice or service line.

- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Expertise in one or more of:

- Organizational Change Management

- HR/HCM Transformation

- Learning & Leadership Development

- Agile/Operating Model Transformation
