Our client is marquee global consulting and technology organization is seeking to hire a senior leader for its Workforce Transformation (WX) practice in India. With a strong global footprint and a reputation for delivering end-to-end transformation across strategy, operations, and technology, the firm partners with some of the world's most respected enterprises to drive business value at scale.
The Job:
The Workforce Transformation practice plays a pivotal role in helping clients navigate large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives by enabling organizational change management (OCM), driving adoption, and supporting talent readiness. We are looking for a dynamic consulting leader passionate about shaping people-centric transformation outcomes.
As a Head of the Practice, you will:
- Lead the practice in India, driving its strategic direction, capability development, and overall growth.
- Oversee and deliver change management for large, complex transformation programs across industries.
- Build and scale the OCM and learning community, embedding best practices and innovative service offerings.
- Drive business development including proposal creation, RFP leadership, client presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and spearhead the creation of new firmwide solutions aligned with future market needs.
- Design and enhance change strategies, communication frameworks, and learning programs for major transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders, shaping their transformation agenda.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and identify/conversion opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and innovative tool development to strengthen the practice.
Your Profile:
- An MBA from a leading business school or equivalent post-graduate qualification, 20+ years of business consulting experience, with strong expertise in OCM, learning services, and/or human capital transformation.
- A background in managing large-scale transformation initiatives, ideally within a top-tier consulting environment.
- Experience leading large teams or managing a consulting practice.
- Solid exposure across the sales lifecycle-opportunity identification, qualification, proposal leadership, and deal closure.
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile, and/or ERP-driven programs with significant change impact.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, problem-solving mindset, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and operate across multiple time zones.
