Head - Wholesale Inventory Funding & Working Capital Finance - Bank

A leading multi-brand automobile distribution business is looking for an experienced Head - Wholesale Inventory Funding & Working Capital Finance to lead financing strategy for vehicle inventory, working capital, and term loans across India.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions while ensuring seamless funding for inventory procurement, supply chain finance, and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory funding, working capital limits, and term loans for vehicles, spare parts, and accessories.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and financiers for facility arrangement, renewal, and limit enhancement.

- Ensure timely renewals, repayments, and proactive planning of finance limits aligned with business growth.

- Monitor vehicle and parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and compliance with finance limits.

- Coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders for procurement funding and working capital alignment.

- Oversee stock audits, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team while managing multiple stakeholders across locations.

Candidate Profile:

- CA / MBA (Finance) preferred

- 15-20 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Automobile Distribution, or Supply Chain Finance

- Strong exposure to working capital management, inventory funding, stock audits, and balance sheet analysis

- Proven experience managing banking relationships and high-value inventory financing
