Head - Wealth Operations - NBFC

Role Overview:

Building scalable operations for a growing Wealth Management business.

We are looking for an experienced Head - Wealth Operations to strengthen and scale the operational backbone of our client's Wealth Management business. The role will drive operational excellence, technology enablement, process automation, and seamless execution across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage Wealth Management platforms, including CRM, Wealth Spectrum, BIRR, and Partner Portal.

- Drive operational excellence, process optimisation, and workflow efficiencies.

- Oversee AUM reconciliation, transfers, and related operational processes.

- Manage partner payouts and sales incentive administration.

- Lead client and wealth partner onboarding.

- Drive system integrations, technology enablement, and process automation.

- Own MIS, dashboards, and business reporting to support informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of experience in Wealth Management Operations or Business Operations.

- Strong understanding of wealth management products, operational processes, and technology platforms.

- Proven ability to improve processes, strengthen controls, and scale operational frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
