Head - Wealth Operations

About:

- Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute the operational strategy for the wealth management business, aligning with overall business objectives and ensuring scalability for future growth. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee all core wealth operations functions, including account opening and maintenance, trade processing and settlement, custody operations, corporate actions, reporting, billing, and client servicing support. Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization to achieve profitability targets.

- Risk Management and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust operational risk controls and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SEBI regulations, KYC/AML guidelines). Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.

- Technology and Infrastructure: Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize technology platforms and systems supporting wealth management operations. Ensure data integrity and security.

- Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing wealth operations team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, investment advisors, compliance, finance, and technology teams. Build strong relationships with external partners, such as custodians and vendors.

- Client Focus: Champion a client-centric approach within operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing and a positive client experience. Address and resolve complex operational issues promptly and effectively.
