Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive warehouse transformation across our network. The role involves designing and implementing modern warehouse processes, leveraging technology (WMS, ASRS, automation), optimizing layouts, improving throughput, and enabling cost-effective and scalable operations. This is a high-impact role focused on operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement standardized SOPs across all warehouse and fulfillment center operations.

- Lead warehouse modernization initiatives including WMS implementation, ASRS deployment, and automation projects.

- Analyze warehouse layouts, racking footprint, MHEs, throughput, and ROI to optimize operations.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and technology teams for seamless execution of transformation initiatives.

- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and continuously improve warehouse performance.

- Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies across teams.
