Role: Warehouse Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, logistics, transportation and distribution.
- Manage warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock control, order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
- Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control and timely order fulfilment.
- Manage logistics partners, vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Lead and develop warehouse and operations teams across multiple locations.
- Monitor key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turnaround time, fulfilment rate and logistics cost.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience in managing large warehouse operations and teams.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory management, logistics and distribution.
- Experience in process improvement, automation and cost optimisation.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
