Head - Warehouse

Role Overview:

As the Warehouse Head based in Mumbai, you will serve as the strategic lead for our end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensuring that our logistics backbone remains agile, accurate, and scalable. You will oversee the daily orchestration of inbound and outbound flows, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in procurement, sales, and last-mile delivery teams to synchronize supply chain activities. By optimizing space utilization and streamlining inventory workflows, you will directly influence our bottom line, reduce operational overhead, and ensure that our customers receive their orders with industry-leading precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, to ensure seamless fulfillment and adherence to strict service-level agreements.

- Implement robust inventory management protocols to maintain 99%+ stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage across all product categories.

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, high performance, and continuous process improvement.

- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures that enhance throughput and operational efficiency.

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions for the business.

- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and technology systems to ensure a safe, compliant, and technologically advanced work environment.
