Head - Wafer Process Engineering
Description:
- Lead and manage the Wafer Process Engineering team, overseeing all aspects of wafer manufacturing processes.
- Develop and optimize wafer fabrication processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze process data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all wafer manufacturing processes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Implement and oversee process validation and qualification activities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Technical Experience:
- Design, implement and optimise industrial processes in the manufacturing setup. Focus more on the mathematical and physical aspects of production.
Required Leadership Experience:
- 10 years, at least 5 years managing the full process engineering team ( ~ 100 engineer and technician ) of a complex manufacturing plant .
- The candidate should have highly motivated, big picture and strategic thinking. With high potential to take up higher responsibility.
Experience:
- Essential Work experience: 20+ Years
- Industry Preference: Precision Machining/ Chemical Industry /Solar /Semiconductor industry
