Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head- Visual Merchandising to lead the visual strategy and execution across our retail network. The role will be responsible for creating compelling in-store experiences, ensuring consistent brand presentation, and driving customer engagement through impactful visual storytelling across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand positioning and seasonal collections.

- Oversee window displays, mannequin styling, product zoning, and in-store presentations across all stores.

- Ensure brand consistency and VM compliance across multiple retail locations.

- Lead and mentor regional and store VM teams.

- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and retail teams for campaign and collection launches.

- Conduct store visits and VM audits to maintain high visual standards.

- Manage VM vendors, props, and display materials.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ Years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion/apparel retail.

- Proven experience managing multi-store retail operations.

- Strong creative, styling, and brand storytelling skills.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field.
