
Job Description:
- Store Design & Formats: Establish design guidelines, develop innovative store formats, and drive seamless execution across metros and Tier-2 cities.
- Customer Journey: Enhance store layouts and engagement touchpoints through data insights and digital tools (AR/VR, QR, endless aisle).
- Visual Merchandising: Lead VM strategy, seasonal themes, planograms, and in-store storytelling to ensure brand consistency and impact.
- Execution & Audits: Oversee VM readiness for launches and campaigns; implement audit programs to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Team & Vendor Management: Build and mentor central and regional teams, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Projects, Property, and Category teams to align retail experience with business objectives.
