Role & Responsibilities:
- Head and manage work intake and the overall design project assignment process.
- Interpreting abstract business concepts and turning them into creative ideas.
- Head and direct the team, providing key ideas, methods, and brand positioning.
- Developing strategic design plans with projected timelines.
- Pitching ideas and the creative vision, and communicating the project outline to the design team.
- Choosing the design elements for different projects.
- Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the team members.
- Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Creative Director or Design Lead profiles
- Must have minimum 10+ YOE in Visual / Graphic Design, Branding and Marketing Campaigns
- Must have strong experience in Brand campaigns for Consumer Electronics / Durable products (like Smartphones, Smart Watch, Consumer Electronics) Or Automobile Brands - Read clients / brands worked for
- Must be a Design focused profile, not copywriting focused
- Must be managing a Creative team currently (Lead or Above in Current role)
- Candidates must have international exposure or experience working in global markets / with global brands.
- Mandatory (Portfolio) - Very Strong portfolio of Visual Design / branding works for Physical Consumer Products (Candidate should demonstrate strong portfolio evidence of creative direction, with competency in ideation, visualization, and Design)
- Mandatory (Company) - Consumer Electronics Brands OR Top Advertising Companies (Eg- Oglivy, McCann, Glitch, FoxyMoron etc)
- Preferred (Experience) - Must be managing a Creative team currently (Lead or Above in Current role)
