We are hiring for a leading design-centric brand celebrated for contemporary aesthetics and collections inspired by diverse journeys. With a robust direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence and expanding into a curated network of offline stores, we are dedicated to crafting immersive brand experiences.


We are seeking a visionary Head of Visual Design to lead our creative content strategy, elevate our brand's visual identity through impactful graphics and photography, and define the look and feel across all digital and marketing touchpoints.


Role and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Visual Content Leadership: Define and champion the overall visual content strategy, aligning with brand values and business objectives across D2C, digital marketing, social media, and print.

- Photoshoot Creative Direction: Own the end-to-end creative direction for all product, lifestyle, and campaign photoshoots, from concept to post-production, ensuring compelling brand imagery.

- Graphic & Digital Content Design: Oversee the design and production of all digital assets (website UI, e-commerce graphics, social media content, email creatives, display ads) and marketing collateral (lookbooks, brochures, packaging graphics).

- Video Content Direction: Provide creative direction for short-form videos, promotional films, and other dynamic visual content.

- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of graphic designers, digital designers, and art directors, fostering an innovative culture.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product Development teams for unified brand messaging and successful launches.

- Brand Guardianship: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for all visual content, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Photography, or a related creative field.


- 10+ years of progressive experience in visual design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically focusing on content creation, graphic design, and photoshoot direction.

- Exceptional portfolio showcasing extensive experience in art directing photoshoots, developing digital content, and managing brand identity across various platforms.

- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Figma, Sketch).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their visual requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences.
