Head of Visual Communication Location: Gurugram, India About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Visual Communication to lead our creative efforts. This role is perfect for a seasoned Creative Director or Design Lead with a strong portfolio in shaping brand identity and executing impactful visual campaigns, particularly within the Consumer Electronics or Automotive sectors. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the visual language of our brand and products, leading a talented design team, and ensuring all visual communication assets are compelling, consistent, and aligned with our brand strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Define and oversee the overall visual communication strategy and guidelines for the brand and its products. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of visual and graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. - Drive the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual content for brand campaigns, product launches, marketing materials, and digital platforms. - Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints. - Provide creative direction and feedback on all design projects, ensuring the highest quality of output. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives. - Oversee the creation of stunning visuals, including static graphics, illustrations, animations, and particularly 3D visuals of physical products. - Manage external agencies and vendors as needed for specific creative projects. - Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and visual communication best practices. - Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders. Key Qualifications (Must-Haves): - 8+ years of progressive experience in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a strong focus on Brand Campaigns. - Significant experience within the Consumer Electronics or Automotive industries. - A strong focus on design and visual execution (this is not a copywriting-focused role). - Proven experience in leading and managing a creative or design team. - A stellar portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work, with a strong emphasis on 3D visuals of physical products. - Background working with top-tier creative agencies or renowned product brands
