Role Overview:

- We are hiring a high-impact, data-driven ETS professional to own both business growth and operational excellence.

- This role is designed for someone who can build revenue, design scalable solutions, and ensure strong on-ground execution, while continuously improving performance through data and strategic thinking.

Core Responsibilities:

- Own revenue creation by converting opportunities into long-term, high-value ETS contracts.

- Drive end-to-end business ownership - from client acquisition to service delivery and retention

- Build and scale a sustainable sales pipeline through proactive hunting and strategic account development

- Create data-backed proposals, pricing models, and mobility solutions aligned to client needs

- Translate business wins into seamless operational execution with full accountability

- Own and optimize ETS operations - including routing, fleet utilization, vendor performance, and cost structures

- Track and improve key metrics such as conversion rates, utilization, SLA adherence, and profitability

- Identify inefficiencies using data and implement scalable process improvements

- Ensure consistent delivery of high service quality, compliance, and customer experience

Must-Have Experience:

- Proven hands-on experience in both Sales and Operations within ETS / Mobility / Logistics

- Track record of closing deals and managing execution on-ground

- Strong understanding of ETS commercials, SLAs, routing, and vendor ecosystems

- Ability to independently manage both revenue targets and operational KPIs
