Designation / Title open - role is that of a Sales Head, responsible for PMS sales in both IC (min 100 CR AUM) and team contributions (250+ cr). This is a hands-on Sales role for at least a year, contributing on his/her own for the growth of the Company.
Our SEBI licensed funded 3.5 m USD PMS client with offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Chennai are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic, self driven PMS Sales Head / VP of PMS Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI/UHNI) for PMS investments.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and retention.
- Business Development: Build partnerships with financial intermediaries, wealth managers, and channel partners to drive PMS sales.
- Advisory & Product Pitching: Present PMS products, investment philosophy, and performance to prospective clients with in-depth understanding.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for AUM (Assets Under Management) and client additions. IC role as well - should have achieved min 100 cr AUM
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive wealth solutions including AIFs, mutual funds, and other investment products.
- Team management
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and other wealth products.
- Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trust-based client relationships.
- Sound understanding of capital markets, asset classes, and investment strategies.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
