Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior leader to build and scale the Long-Term Rental business.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, revenue ownership, and operational leadership, with complete accountability for P&L, growth, and market expansion.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L and overall business strategy for the Long-Term Rental vertical
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale Long-Term Rental across target segments
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring large enterprise clients and strategic accounts
- Establish and scale a high-quality sales funnel and pipeline engine
- Lead large, multi-year deal closures and complex commercial negotiations
- Define and optimize Long-Term Rental product offerings, pricing models, and fleet strategy
- Work closely with operations, supply, and finance teams to ensure profitability and scalability
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
- Track and drive key business metrics such as revenue, utilization, margins, and customer retention
Must-Have Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Long Term Rental / Leasing / Mobility / Automotive / Fleet Management
- Proven track record of building and scaling a business vertical or category
- Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales and large deal closures
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth at scale
- Deep understanding of leasing models, contract structures, and fleet economics
