Head/VP - HR We are looking for a Head HR (VP-HR) with one of the Startups in Consumer Durable Industry, based at Gurgaon Role Brief : - Looking for 10-12+ years of experience, with relevant exposure in leadership roles and a full time MBA from Tier1/Tier2 schools. - Preferred candidates from High growth startups : with an exposure into scaling/transitions OR fine to look at from New Age Businesses (worked in a high pace environment) as well. - Responsible for working on the strategic side of the role, along with handling business complexities. - Accountable for setting up HR metrics, implementation of policies and processes - Strong experience in HRMS, Contracts & Negotiations, Budgeting- heading the entire HR function.
