Title : VP - Fund Raising ( Debt Fund Raising) / Head of Debt Capital Markets - Fintech / NBFC / Financial Services

About the Role:

- We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our debt fundraising and capital structuring initiatives with the Organisations.

- As we scale our Organisations portfolio, capital access is mission-critical and this role sits at the heart of that engine.

- The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a proven track record of raising significant capital (Rs.100 Cr+) and deep mastery of complex financial instruments. You will be the bridge between our business vision and capital providers, owning the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Fundraising Strategy :

- Architect and execute a diversified fundraising roadmap across Secured/Unsecured Term Loans, CC/OD limits, and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

- Develop a capital market strategy aligned with Organisation's growth trajectory and asset quality

Structured Finance :

- Lead sophisticated transactions including Securitization, Pass Through Certificates (PTCs), and Direct Assignments to optimize the balance sheet

- Drive off-balance sheet innovations such as co-lending partnerships and capital-efficient structures to fuel growth

Lender Ecosystem Management :

- Leverage an existing lender network and forge new relationships across PSU Banks, Private Banks, Large NBFCs, Private Credit Funds, and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs)

- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key capital partners, ensuring long-term, productive engagement.

Deal Orchestration & Compliance :

- Liaise with internal Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations teams to navigate financial/non-financial covenants, charge creation, and security cover requirements

- Lead the team to manage post-disbursement reporting, covenant monitoring, and ongoing lender compliance

Stakeholder Leadership :

- Translate complex business metrics and portfolio performance into compelling narratives for credit committees and senior external stakeholders

- Build and present investor decks, information memorandums, and credit notes with precision and clarity

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- PG/MBA/CA with 9 to 15 years of experience in Financial Services (NBFC/Bank) with a core focus on debt fundraising and liabilities management

- Deep understanding of debt documentation nuances and the regulatory landscape governing NBFCs and Banks

- Proven track record of independently closing mandates - not just overseeing from the periphery

- Exceptional ability to manage senior external stakeholders and internal leadership with gravitas and credibility

- Comfortable stitching a deal together end-to-end, from term sheet negotiation to disbursement
