At AiTalentHub (https://aitalenthub.in) , we believe the future of work doesn't belong to the "coders," but to the Functional Experts-the lawyers, CA's, B.Com, BBA, MBA, Non Software Engineers and artists who can orchestrate AI to solve real-world problems. We are moving beyond EdTech. We don't sell courses; we build AI Foundries within universities.

We are looking for a visionary leader to connect our "Foundry" (Tech stack & Enterprise projects) with India's "Launchpads" (Universities) to create a million-strong workforce of Model Orchestrators and Micro-SaaS Founders.

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

A. The "Foundry-Launchpad" JV Ecosystem

Establish Strategic MOUs: Negotiate and sign Joint Venture-style partnerships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 universities (e.g., IGNOU, Amity Online, NMIMS, LPU) across India.

Revenue Generation: Design and implement "Paid-Program" models where the institute earns additional revenue through shared enterprise projects and specialized AI lab fees.

The "AI Proof of Work" Mandate: Shift the curriculum from "Credits for Attendance" to "Credits for Product Delivery." Ensure students graduate with a portfolio of live AI agents/tools rather than just a digital certificate.

B. Domain Expansion (Non-Software Focus)

Democratizing AI: Break the "Software-only" myth. You will create specific tracks for:

- Commerce/Finance: AI for CA/ICWA (Audit automation, predictive tax models).

- Engineering: AI for Civil/Mechanical / Electrical (Generative design, predictive maintenance).

- Legal: AI for Law (Automated discovery, contract intelligence).

- Creative Arts: AI for Media & Design (Generative storytelling, productized knowledge).

- Rural & Urban Penetration: Execute a "Hub-and-Spoke" strategy to reach students in small-town colleges, ensuring AI has no geographical boundaries.

Qualifications & Experience

- 15+ years in leadership roles within edtech, skilling platforms, education consulting, or business development-ideally with university/institute partnership experience in India.

- Proven track record building strategic alliances with universities/colleges (especially online/open/distance modes) and launching joint programs, certifications, or credit-bearing initiatives.

- Deep understanding of Indian higher education landscape: UGC/NAAC frameworks, curriculum integration, open universities (IGNOU-style), and domain-specific colleges (engineering, commerce, law, arts).

Mode of engagement

We are looking for 'deal-closers' to ink MOUs with universities nationwide. We recognize that talent comes in many forms, so we are open to discussing Retainer-based Consulting, Commission-led Freelancing, or Fractional Leadership roles.
