We are looking for a senior Treasury professional to lead the overall Treasury function for a leading financial services organisation.

Experience: 10 - 13+ years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent

CTC: 40 lacs fixed

Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing the organisation's overall Treasury strategy, including fund raising, debt capital markets, liquidity management, investments, ALM, interest-rate & currency risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall funding and borrowing strategy in alignment with business requirements.

- Raise funds through NCDs, Commercial Paper, bank lines and other debt instruments.

- Manage ECB / international borrowing and overseas lender relationships.

- Optimise Cost of Funds (COF) / Cost of Borrowing (COB) and borrowing mix.

- Build and strengthen relationships with banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, FIs, DFIs and other investors.

- Drive investor diversification and manage rating agency relationships.

- Oversee liquidity management, ALM and surplus fund deployment.

- Manage interest-rate and currency risk through appropriate hedging strategies / derivatives.

- Ensure accurate MTM, valuation and reporting of debt and investment portfolios.

- Lead Treasury Operations, Debt Markets and Investments teams.

- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI, SEBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements.

- Present Treasury, funding, liquidity and risk positions to ALCO, RMC, senior management and Board.

- Drive Treasury automation, process improvement and digitisation.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10 - 13+ years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking Treasury / Corporate Treasury / Debt Capital Markets.

- Strong hands-on experience in fund raising and debt markets.

- Experience across NCDs, CPs, bank borrowings and preferably ECBs.

- Strong understanding of ALM, liquidity, cost of funds and interest-rate risk.

- Exposure to hedging / derivatives and treasury risk management.

- Strong relationships with banks, investors and financial institutions.

- Experience in ALCO / Board-level reporting.

- Proven experience in leading Treasury teams.

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and market intelligence.
