Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to lead the company's treasury operations, including debt management, working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role will work closely with the President - Finance and senior leadership to optimize liquidity, funding, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and manage bank loan sanction letters and financing arrangements for long-term and working capital facilities.

- Manage SBLCs, Bank Guarantees (BG), CMA limits, working capital limits, and other banking facilities.

- Monitor drawing power, working capital utilization, and buyers credit arrangements.

- Track loan covenants, repayment schedules, interest obligations, and compliance requirements.

- Prepare and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate liquidity.

- Oversee treasury accounting, including accounting for borrowings, interest, foreign exchange transactions, and related treasury activities.

- Manage foreign exchange exposure and execute appropriate hedging strategies in line with company policies.

- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, banking, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Manage relationships and negotiations with banks and financial institutions for funding, limits, pricing, and other treasury requirements.

- Monitor interest rates, foreign exchange movements, liquidity, and other financial market risks.

- Support working capital optimization and improve cash utilization across the business.

- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Tax, Legal, and business teams on treasury-related matters.

- Provide regular treasury reports, MIS, and insights to senior management.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 15 - 24 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Financial Management.

- Strong experience in treasury operations within the manufacturing industry.

- Hands-on experience managing long-term and working capital loans, banking limits, SBLCs, BGs, CMA, drawing power, and buyers credit.

- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, treasury accounting, forex exposure, and hedging.

- Good understanding of RBI and FEMA regulations and banking documentation.

- Proven experience managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- CA / CMA preferred.

- Experience with a publicly listed manufacturing company will be preferred.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
