Head - Treasury - Fixed Income - Bank

We are looking for Head treasury (Fixed Income) for one of the MNC banks based out of Mumbai.

- Develop and implement treasury and risk policies in line with RBI guidelines

- Drive growth of the treasury function as a profit centre

- Lead committees on risk, market trends, and departmental updates

- Build strategic partnerships with top financial institutions

- Publish economic research and provide market insights

- Lead strategic management of the bank's investment portfolio and liquidity

- Fund raising through issuance of certificate of deposits, securitization etc

- Strong fixed income market & product knowledge

- Experience in product development & business growth

- Good SEBI & market participant relationships

- Strong stakeholder & communication skills

- Tech-savvy with project implementation exposure
