Head - Treasury - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing overall treasury operations including cash flow planning, fund management, and liquidity optimization

- Handling working capital management and ensuring efficient utilization of funds

- Managing banking relationships, negotiation of credit facilities, and documentation

- Overseeing short-term and long-term borrowing, fund raising, and debt structuring

- Forex exposure management and hedging strategies

- Monitoring interest costs and optimizing finance costs

- Ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and statutory regulations

- Preparing treasury MIS reports for senior management

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for financial planning and budgeting

Key Skills Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Cleared in First Attempt (Mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of treasury operations and corporate finance

- Expertise in banking, fund raising, and forex management

- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of financial instruments and risk management
