Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Managing the entire Treasury and Finance function with responsibilities including leading and handling of fund raising activities, Project Financing, short term and long term loans arrangements, cash flow & working capital management, Trade finance operations, foreign exchange management etc.

- Preparation of Monthly Stock statements, FFR I, FFR II and circulating the same to banks.

- Preparing and circulating UFCE certificate

- Preparation of projections, CMA for banks & rating agencies.

- Providing information resolving queries for renewal of working capital facilities and term loans in timely manner

- Managing working capital by way of planning, analysing and availing/rollover of short term credit facilities like PCFC, EPC, WCDL, CC limits, Commercial Papers etc.

- Leading and arranging of long term loans for capex / project financing at competitive rates and in a timely manner

- Liaising with Banks, Mutual Funds, Trustee for regular borrowings, Investment(s) and documentations

- Handling Internal & external Auditors with respect to Treasury and banking related queries.

- Knowledge of Forex, Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, factoring, export lodgements suppliers credit, Buyer's credit, Bill discounting.

- Providing information and managing Consortium meeting, Plant visits with lenders

- Dealing with ASM auditors, providing data, resolving queries getting ASM report timely and circulating the same to WC lenders.

- Day to day fund planning, monitoring liquidity, investing surplus capital to seek superior alpha generation

- Managing Forex exposure, hedging and ensuring related compliances and effectiveness

- Supervising Import / Export remittances documentations & bill negotiations and compliance related to them

- Liaising with bankers and investors and maintaining positive working relationships;

- Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank and service fees. Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations.

- Responsible for internal monthly MIS, Board meeting related MIS with respect to Treasury Reviewing interest payments, Form 15CA, export remittances, timely

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies. Manage IFC compliance for Treasury operations.

- Interacting with statutory / internal auditors for finance and treasury operations

Qualification / Experience

CA with minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification experience and be hands on in handling treasury function including dealing with auditors, bankers, rating agencies
