- Own and drive the overall fundraising strategy, aligned with business growth plans, ALM requirements, and costoffund objectives.

Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with lenders, including:

- PSU Banks, Private Sector Banks, Small Finance Banks, NHB, Large NBFCs / HFCs.

Lead endtoend execution of borrowings, including:

- Sanctions, renewals, enhancements, and rollovers

- Negotiation of pricing, tenor, covenants, and security structures

- Closure of largeticket transactions (100-200 Cr and above)

- Develop and execute the NHB funding and refinance strategy, including scaling of eligible portfolios (IHL), drawdowns, and compliance with NHB guidelines.

Job Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in treasury management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of fund raising, funding, and treasury operations.

- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions and negotiations.
