Head of Treasury
We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Treasury function, driving liability strategy, fund raising, liquidity management, and capital planning. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on the company's long-term growth and financial strength.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead treasury strategy and liability management.
- Raise funds via banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, securitization, and capital markets.
- Build and manage strong banking relationships and lender partnerships.
- Oversee liquidity and ALM management, cash flow forecasting, and surplus deployment.
- Execute structured finance and securitization transactions.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal governance standards.
- Manage credit rating agencies and investor relations.
- Present treasury performance and funding strategy to senior management and the Board.
Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 15 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance.
- Background in NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance, or FinTech lending organizations.
- Proven track record of raising large-scale debt from banks, institutions, and capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, debt instruments, and structured finance.
