Head of Treasury & Banking:

Role Overview:

- Lead the Group's treasury function, managing cash, liquidity, debt, and foreign exchange exposure.

- Drive treasury strategy, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury governance.

- Ensure efficient treasury operations and effective financial risk management across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Group cash flow, liquidity, and rolling cash forecasts.

- Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory funding.

- Lead banking relationships, debt facilities, refinancing, and funding strategies.

- Develop and manage the foreign exchange hedging framework and monitor currency risks.

- Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and governance standards.

- Lead and develop the treasury team while ensuring smooth and compliant treasury operations.
