Head - Treasury

Role:

- Treasury strategy

- Funds mobilisation (domestic and international debt markets both)

- Liquidity management: Risk and investments of surplus

- Relationships with banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, rating agencies etc.

- Assisting the CFO for board representation

- Managing asset-liability risk

- Maintaining regulatory liquidity buffers, LCR

- Hedging interest rate and currency exposure

- Team and investor management

- MIS reporting

Requisite Experience:

- MBA (Finance)/ CA/ CFA with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience

- Relevant experience in corporate treasury, debt capital markets, or NBFC/banking treasury

- At least 5+ years in a leadership role managing borrowings, investments, ECBs, and full treasury operations
