Role Description:

The Head of Treasury will play a crucial role in the organization, overseeing and managing the treasury function to optimize the utilization of the company's financial resources. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker, with deep connects and robust understanding of financial markets, risk management, and treasury management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors for effective fund management.

- Develop and implement treasury policies, strategies, and procedures to optimize the company's liquidity and financial risk management.

- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, funding strategies, and short-term investments.

- Monitor cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure the availability of sufficient funds for business operations.

- Assess and manage the financial risks associated with interest rates, and liquidity.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the senior management and board outlining treasury performance and recommendations.

- Lead and mentor the treasury team, promoting professional development and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Candidate Details

Qualifications:

- CA with minimum of 15 years of experience in treasury management or related financial fields, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in managing treasury operations in the financial services sector.

- Deep understanding of the listed bonds market Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment strategies, and financial regulations.

- Ability to present to a high powered board and investors.
