Criteria: CA/MBA with 8+ years Treasury, Taxation and Insurance

- Prerequisite: Prior experience in managing Treasury function/sub functions

Job Purpose:

Will be responsible for managing the treasury functions and fund requirements of the company, as well as handling the taxation and insurance needs. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, with adaptability and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive the Treasury strategy in alignment with the companys long-term goals.

- Formulate financial strategies for new projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and present proposals to the Board.

- Oversee fundraising through bonds, debentures, and banking channels; ensure optimal fund utilization and compliance with covenants.

- Manage working capital, liquidity, and forex exposure, ensuring adherence to FEMA/FDI/ECB norms.

- Build strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions; lead credit ratings, refinancing, and investment initiatives.

- Drive strategic projects such as M&A, equity raising/IPO, divestments, and restructuring.

- Supervise Taxation (Direct & Indirect) for compliance, dispute resolution, and tax optimization.

- Oversee Insurance coverage for assets and operations, ensuring adequacy and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with leadership for financial decision-making and strategic growth.

- Experience with Accounts, Audit, Budget & MIS in SAP preferred
