Education : MBA - Finance and/or Chartered Accountant

Knowledge Required :

- Knowledge of banking and finance industry aligned for strategic as well as treasury operations. Understanding of methods of financing and ability to analyze and evaluate various options.

- This role is expected to have an excellent view of the dynamic market-place at all times and should be able to leverage this knowledge to arrive at the optimum mix of debt/bonds/mutual funds market and other innovative solutions expected to be developed and structured by the market.

Skills / Competencies :

- Capable of handling both strategic as well as operational initiatives

- To be able to engage at various levels with banker, rating agencies, insurers as well as brokers

Role description:

- To evaluate and achieve optimum cost of funds and identify opportunities for minimize borrowing costs maximize returns on free cash flows.

- To review and monitor day to day treasury operations and support business with fund requirement.

- This position is also responsible for to enforce and implement all necessary controls to provide a safe banking platform.

1. Ensuring day to day Treasury operations at optimum level and reduction of cost

2. Monitor the fund requirement of the company and ensuring cost effectiveness

3. To maintain business relationship with Financial Institutions and Rating Agencies

4. Ensuring Regulatory & Statutory compliances

5. To establish control and process for banking operations & insurance
