The role is focused on enhancing the experience, aesthetics, service standards and long-term relevance of high-quality office assets through a hospitality-led lens.

This is not a conventional real estate operations, facilities, projects or hotel operations role. It sits at the intersection of asset transformation, tenant / visitor experience, hospitality-led service standards, premium aesthetic sensibility, physical and service-level interventions, and commercially sensible CAPEX planning.

Role Context:

The individual will be expected to assess office assets holistically and identify what feels dated, underwhelming or misaligned with the expectations of premium occupiers and visitors. This may include arrival experience, lobbies, common areas, amenities, washrooms, F&B areas, signage, lighting, landscaping, circulation, service standards and the overall feel of the asset.

The mandate is not about isolated renovations or cosmetic upgrades. It requires someone who can step back, assess the full user journey, and recommend interventions that meaningfully enhance experience, perception, competitiveness and asset value. The role will require the person to benchmark assets against premium office, hospitality, private club and lifestyle-led environments and partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment around transformation priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking to engage with senior professionals from one or more of the following backgrounds:

- Luxury hospitality

- Premium commercial real estate

- Private members clubs

- Lifestyle-led destinations

- Hospitality-led workspace formats

The ideal candidate should bring:

- Strong aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for premium physical environments

- Understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail

- Experience improving or transforming physical assets, spaces or customer journeys

- Ability to think commercially about CAPEX, phasing and value creation

- Ability to distinguish between cosmetic upgrades and meaningful asset-level interventions

- Comfort working with senior stakeholders, operators, project teams and external partners

- Hands-on orientation and willingness to get into details

- Ability to influence existing teams without necessarily having a large dedicated team

- Maturity to operate in an institutional environment with budgets, governance and commercial discipline.

What This Role Is NOT:

This is not a pure facilities management, construction/project execution, hotel operations, leasing or design-only role.

The role requires a blend of taste, hospitality mindset, commercial judgment, transformation experience and execution credibility.

Location:

Mumbai. The role will require travel across assets, depending on business needs.

Seniority:

Senior leadership / Head-level mandate. Final title will be calibrated based on the seniority and profile of the selected individual.
