- Initiating the process of monitoring the sourcing quality of CASA and all other products sourced and sharing reports with business units for their proactive review and necessary action - Setting up process of preparing and sharing of reports based on alerts - Setting up process of monitoring sourcing quality, sharing of inputs with business units for additional due diligence - Customer's profile check to be conducted discretely by independent agencies, tracking and monitoring responses - Raising alerts to relevant business for their detailed review and responses for cases where independent agency findings are negative - Maintaining of trackers with details of cases reviewed - Sharing details of cases for staff accountability tracking - Sharing of inputs for vendor payouts - Create and maintain accurate and concise records of all investigations undertaken including details of rationale for any decisions made - Publish relevant Management information reports - Provide advice and support to the bank's business units on identification of areas of risk as a result of transaction monitoring trends - Sharing of details of the cases for reporting in monthly/quarterly dashboard to senior management - Overseeing and ensuring smooth functioning of activities during shifts - Ensure team functions with good attitude and displays a professional behavior - Identify training needs for team. Arranging refresher trainings and updates on new products/process introduced. - Ensuring defined sample checks on callings conducted as part of transaction monitoring - Ensure that transaction monitoring alerts are closed within defined TAT's - Ensure raising suspicious transactions/accounts to AML unit for filing of STR
