Experience & Qualification - Master's Degree in hospitality, Bsc/Msc in Human Resource, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Related Major; certified trainer - 10 + years experience as training professional is required - Prior experience in hotel setting or Restaurant Operations is required - Develop and align training strategies in close collaboration with the management team, ensuring that training initiatives are in perfect alignment with the broader organizational objectives - Create comprehensive training programs customized for various positions, such as those in F&B service, kitchen, corporate and management personnel - Continuously evaluate and enhance training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources, to ensure their ongoing relevance and effectiveness - Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms - Formulate leadership development programs aimed at identifying and nurturing talent within the organization - Oversee the execution of training programs by the training team, upholding consistency and high quality standards - Stay informed about safety standards, health regulations, and legal compliance requirements - Strategically allocate resources to optimize the impact of training initiative - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, define clear performance standards and align training with business goals - Keep detailed records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations - Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of training on employee performance and organizational success - Lead the recruitment process for training managers, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Participate in the development of the Training budget as required.
