Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to achieve business objectives in the FMCG sector.
- Manage trade marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyse market trends and sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee trade promotions and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure effective distribution channel management to meet sales targets.

Profile:
A successful Head of Trade Marketing should have:
- An MBA from tier-1 college preferably from 2014-18 batches.
- Proven experience in sales strategy roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- A deep understanding of the FMCG sector and its market dynamics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
