Head Trade Marketing - Planning & execution of Trade marketing promotions/programs - Build calendar for each activity - Develop & recommend channel strategy in line with category development and brand - Develop focused trade strategies for category in each key account and trade channel - Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Regional Trade Marketing teams and Sales team - Design and monitor a competitive activity feedback report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives. - Interact with Marketing regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack / price changes, new products, etc. in order to ensure effective implementation by the sales force. - To ascertain new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, planograms and etc. - Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event based promos/programs - Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals. New business development ; expansion/activation : - Plan/implement merchandising/visibility progress - Vendor management Cost and process compliance : - Budgeting for TM spends across all brands/channels/regions - Prepare cogent data analysis of effectiveness of money spent
