Head - Trade Finance - Real Estate/Infrastructure

Trade Finance Head

We are looking for a Trade Finance Head to lead domestic and international trading activities, from deal origination and transaction structuring to financing, documentation, logistics and settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate domestic and international trading opportunities

- Structure transactions using LCs, BGs, SBLCs, Documentary Collections and Trade Loans

- Manage banks, financial institutions, suppliers, buyers and trading partners

- Negotiate commercial, payment and financing terms

- Oversee import-export documentation, shipping, customs and settlement

- Manage FX, credit, country and regulatory risks

- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML/TBML, sanctions and trade regulations

- Drive transaction volumes, margins and profitability

Ideal Profile:

- 19+ years in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, International Banking or International Trading

- Strong knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, Incoterms, LC, BG, SBLC and cross-border payments

- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills

- Banking or Financial Institution experience preferred

- CDCS, CITF or CSDG preferred

- Arabic proficiency and GCC/Middle East experience will be an advantage
